Delete Your Account

You can delete your GraceSpace account and the personal data linked to it at any time, either in the app or by emailing us.

Option 1: Delete it in the app

Android

Open GraceSpace, tap the account icon at the top of the chat screen, then tap Delete account and confirm. This permanently deletes your account and the profile we store for it (your name, email, sign-up answers and subscription status). Your chat history is kept only on your phone and is removed at the same time. If the app asks you to sign in again first, do that and repeat the steps.

iPhone

Open GraceSpace, go to Profile, tap Delete Account and confirm. This permanently removes your sign-in. To have everything we store for the account erased as well, also send us the email in option 2.

Option 2: Ask us by email

Email admin@calvanta.com from the email address on your account, with the subject Delete my account. You don't need the app installed. We'll reply to confirm, then delete your account and all the personal data linked to it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in
• Your name, email and sign-up answers
• Saved conversations, journal entries and app progress
• Your subscription status in GraceSpace
• Support messages and AI-reply reports you sent us

We may keep records the law requires us to keep, such as transaction records for tax purposes, only for as long as it requires.
