Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using GraceSpace ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the App.

Subscription Terms

  • Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
  • Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period
  • Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription

User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display through the App. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, and display your content.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Share inappropriate or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the App
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding user-generated content) are and will remain the exclusive property of GraceSpace and its licensors.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GraceSpace be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via the App or email.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
