Pray, even when you don't have the words
Pray is a short guided prayer around a single candle. It meets you where you are, at the hour you open it.
- Pick a line that matches what's on your heart, or choose “Give me a prayer”, “I don't have words” or “Say it your way”.
- Read one verse and breathe with it. The candle slows you down for a moment.
- Hold to say Amen to a short prayer you can carry into the day.
Pray follows the time of day and the church year. AI is opt-in with a clear disclosure and uses verses only from a fixed allowlist; with AI off, Pray uses a written prayer library. It supports VoiceOver, Dynamic Type and Reduce Motion.
Advent 2026
Four candles, one each Sunday
From November 29 to December 24, 2026, the Pray candle becomes an Advent wreath of three violet candles and one rose. One more is lit each Sunday, with the rose candle on Gaudete Sunday, December 13, and Scripture and prayers for the weeks before Christmas.

How do I cancel GraceSpace on iPhone?
Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose GraceSpace and tap Cancel Subscription. Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
Does GraceSpace use AI on iPhone?
Yes, openly. Guided prayers and audio devotionals are crafted with the help of AI, and every verse is quoted word for word. In the Pray tab, AI is opt-in with a clear disclosure, and it only uses verses from a fixed allowlist. If you turn AI off, Pray uses a written prayer library instead.
Does GraceSpace work offline?
The Bible reader, with the King James Version (KJV) and the World English Bible (WEB), works offline.
Does GraceSpace have Home Screen widgets?
Yes. GraceSpace includes Home Screen widgets, so Scripture is there when you pick up your phone, and you can add one from the Today screen.
Is Spaces safe?
Spaces are small groups of up to 7 people who pray for and encourage each other. The chat is moderated, you can report and block anyone, and everyone accepts the community guidelines before joining.
